About
Hello and welcome to the page of Reegan MacAulay, a Holland College Journalism & Communications graduate and freelance sports journalist/content creator.
I have a significant passion for storytelling and creating content, whether it be taking photos or writing stories, particularly in sports. You'll always find me in the worlds of hockey and motorsports, but I'm always keen to venture out into other glorious wonders of the world!
This blog is a portfolio of my work through two years of college and many years of life. I hope you enjoy my work and I hope you enjoy your stay here.

Hockey has always been a favourite since I was a child. Played it for a few years. Love watching, commentating, and reporting it.
From being the voice of the Holland Hurricanes women's hockey team to creating content for the UPEI Panthers men's hockey team, the hockey rink is my home away from home during the winter.
While definitely not the most popular sport, especially in Atlantic Canada, this is one I'm very passionate about and love to cover.
2023 was the year when I found a true love for local and regional stock car racing. All it took was a couple of texts and emails and the rest was history. An intense but very fun industry to be involved in. The race track is my home away from home during the summer.
"It's not all crashes -- but the technology, the science, the emotions, the drama, the heartbreak, the triumph, the constant battles between young and old -- and always defying the laws of physics."
